Join Luke and Catherine for a true farm experience, welcome morning tea, meet our beautiful gentle Berkshire pigs and tour our farmstead butchery and curing cellar before hands on make your own salami course. Lunch on the deck and charcuterie board and wine to finish the day. You will mix and fill 10 x 600g salamis (hot or mild) which we can dry in our cellar and pack for you to collect a few weeks later from the Perth farmers markets. Price includes salamis to be packed and delivered to you.
